from prototype
to finished product

The prototyping phase begins in the modeling department.

The craftsmanship skills are supported by modern design techniques through the use of CAD.

After the approval of the prototype by the customer, the industrialization phase begins: the critical operations are identified and the processing methods are defined.

The production planning follows: punches, spare parts, template and programming of the numerical control machines. Once the production capacity has been sized and the procurement times of the raw materials have been evaluated, the production plan is defined.

The materials destined for production are prepared in the warehouse: code, quantity and quality control.

The manufacturing process begins with the cutting of the materials which are subsequently equalized and skimmed to adjust their rigidity and define the edges of the leather.

After the preparation phase, the product begins to take shape, the dyeing and assembly of the components with stitching complete it, the product is ready for quality control: once the test has been passed, it can be packaged and shipped to the customer.

The process is constantly monitored to promptly detect problems and wasted components in progress in order to avoid delivery delays.
